
Mingling With The Movers & Shakers

Joining the association gives us an opportunity to mingle with the movers and the shakers in this industry, and to give advice and guidance where neededâ€Â
My self and fellow director Richard Mack had the opportunity to give a short presentation at one of their regular meetings, held at The Collingwood Hotel and we did our best to keep it short and punchy. The three areas we mentioned (aside from the fact that we are a local company with a passion for helping) were:
1 – ECO and sustainability – not everything has to come from China!! Many of our partner factories are in Europe (lower carbon footprint), and increasingly in the UK. Almost every product (over 5,000 on our website alone), has an ECO option/solution – so if that’s your thing, we can help
2 – Branded workwear – an essential part of anyone working in the hospitality sector is that ‘first impression’, and giving your staff clothing they’ll be pleased to wear, not only leads to happy staff, but also, positive engagement with clients – as experts in this complex area, we’re happy to consult with you to get the results you seek
3 – MOQ’s – minimum order quantities. It used to be that you needed to order 100’s of anything you wanted branded, but we have solutions for almost everything, that frequently brings those ‘entry level’ quantities down to just 25.
