I joined the company in 2008 and have learnt an awful lot about this industry. I will always go the extra yard and do my upmost to find the right promotional product that works for you and your business. My key moto in business has always been customer care and here at RT Promotions I think we do a pretty good job of it!! Whether it’s a small or large order you can guarantee you will be treated the same way and we will always go above and beyond to ensure you have a smooth process when working with us here at RT Promotions. With an extensive background in Sales and Marketing Richard founded the company in 2004. His philosophy is simple: “this business is all about service, service, service, whilst at the same time making the client’s experience as enjoyable as possible. I can’t hide the fact that I love this industry. It’s a great feeling when a client comes to us scratching their head, but leaves with a solution they’d have never thought of, and best of all, a smile on their face”.

I joined the team in 2022 after being in the hospitality sector for many years. I love the different aspects of my role – one minute I’m helping an existing client that I know quite well, a bit like working with an old friend, and then, out of the blue, I’m helping someone new. My favourite items at the moment are the ‘refresh Pen’ and I simply adore all of the seed paper items.

My role at RT Promotions involves dealing with all matters relating to accounts and finance – and they even throw in the odd photoshoot or two to keep me on my toes. I have many years of experience running the finance departments for various companies and I enjoy creating order and calm amongst the occasional chaos of business life. Not everyone likes accounts but I do 😊
