I spoke with RT Promotions initially to replicate some coasters we already had in the business we wanted to redesign the coaster but the same style and concept. RT Promotions esp the lady I dealt with – Catherine – was very helpful with my needs and helped achieved a design and product that was really sleek and professional. We had a little issue added a QR code feature into the coasters but Catherine was very patient and managed to guide me through the steps. I would use them again anytime and recommend others to use them. The coasters came in good time.

When I decided to put together the manifestation retreat I wanted to give something special to the attendees, and what better gift than a journal and pen.

I was recommended RT Promotions and I can’t speak highly enough of them. Catherine Gregg was fantastic to work with. Taking the time to make sure I ended up with something that was tactile, nice to use and gave that luxury feel.

She was very patient with me and quick to respond to my questions. You know when you feel like someone truly cares you end up with the right product looking the way you want.

I was looking to have some keychains produced to giveaway during my next visit to Japan. After creating the design I contacted several companies for quotes – and RT Promotions offered the best price.

They were helpful regarding the setup and orientation of the design, provided visuals and adapted the design thoughtfully to add the chain. Delivery was also quick, coming in before the scheduled date which was very welcome.

Our industry, like many others is rife with trade shows, boat shows, etc. So many stands have promo gifts on offer (most commonly pens). The problem is that these disposable pens are usually made from non-recyclable plastics.

The always innovative Richard Mack and his RT Promotions team helped us source these quality Senator pens from Germany that feel awesome and are made from biodegradable material. And they didn’t cost more than the non-recyclable ones. So absolutely a win-win! Perfect tie in with our ISO 14001 commitments.
