Emily’s Work Experience
As part of our ongoing relationship with Dorset schools, RT Promotions are pleased to introduce the new Work Experience recruit, Emily from Corfe Hills School – joining us here at Stanley House for two weeks.
Questionnaire:
Q: What do you hope to achieve during your two weeks at RT Promotions?A: I hope to learn new computer skills, understand working life and by doing this it will increase my awareness as to what job I would like to follow through with in the future as a career. I also hope to be a helpful member of the RT Promotions team and not annoy anyone.
Q: What job would you like to do when you leave school?A: Interior Design – or incorporating my studies of Graphic Technology for product design or architecture.
Q: Do you like and get involved with Social Networking?A: I like it and think it’s a good way for companies to contact their customers easily and quickly. However I am not currently involved with Social Networking, I think I’d become easily distracted by it, and be quite boring on it.
Q: Do you like and get involved with any sport?A: Not currently. I have been involved with several in the past including; ballet, netball, swimming, ballroom and trampolining to list some. I like most sports, and watch rugby, football and sometimes formula one as well as others.
Q: Do you have any hobbies?A: Teaching my dog tricks, designing rooms (selecting colours, furniture, and how to use the space) as well as seeing my friends, if you count that as a hobby.
Q: What do you do in your spare time apart from hobbies?A: See my friends from WHCC (which I love!!) – Watching TV and talking on my phone – hehe.
Q: What is your favourite food/drink?A: I like having a meal out every now and then, although a nice bowl of tomato soup is just as nice – my favourite drink is probably a snowball or hot chocolate. Although I have recently discovered a lovely cuppa is just as good.
Q: What sort of TV programmes do you like to watch?A: Broadchurch, Glee, TOWIE and design programmes such as George Clark’s Amazing Spaces/Grand Designs.
